If your shipping area is outside of the range of 40-90 I will request it be held at FEDEX hub location for pickup. Choosing against this automatically VOIDS LAG. (Please note : Fedex Hubs are large locations and not a local fedex dropoff/pickup ex: Walgreens)

Standard terms of service for shipping and LAG policy

LAG - or live arrival guarantee will be based off of the following conditions:

Overnight shipping only. 

Temps must be from 40-90 degrees F

Sign on first delivery attempt

must be contacted within 6 hrs of arrival of any issues.

May request DOA to be returned or photograph request. 

Not responsible for carrier delay

Shipping to Continental US only. Shipping days typically Monday to Wednesday.  You will be notified prior to shipment going out. 

• USA sales only.
• $30 minimum purchase (excludes shipping).
• LAG  (live arrival guarantee) are offered for overnight Fedex shipping.
• I am not responsible for carrier delays and lost packages - these will also result in the LAG being voided in some instances 
• Freebies do not fall under LAG
• DOAs must be reported within 6 hours with photo or video proof.
• DOA photos must show a pin through the specimen for proof of death.
• In the case of DOA's there will be no replacement of animals: refunds only
• I unfortunately cannot refund shipping costs
•  I may make certain exceptions to some of these terms on a case by case basis.
