Shipping FAQ

Hello and thank you for your order. I made this page to help customers understand what to expect after placing an order at FangzTv

Ok! So to outline when your order will ship as of now ( 9/3/20 ) All orders are Shipping Monday to Wednesday.  If your order was placed before 9pm EST it will ship that following day Mon-Wed . Unless otherwise contacted.

Example - Order at 7pm est  Sunday Night- Ships out Monday for Tuesday Arrival. 

As you can imagine shipping live animals comes with a fair amount of preparation . It takes time to gather orders as well as packing materials so that everyone goes out happy and healthy

We are prepared to ship in weather that may not be ideal for your tarantula to be outside. By the aid of using heat packs or ice packs we can ship in 40-90F degree weather. Certain shipments can be sent outside of this window but may void LAG . Please contact prior to order to discuss a plan of action.

Depending on the size of the animal it may be packed in a deli cup, large vial or tiny vials. This is completely safe and the standard for shipping tarantulas. If you have any trouble getting the spider out of the vial simply leave the vial open in the new enclosure and they will come out on their own after a little bit of time . Never poke or prod the spider to coax it out. 

If you ever feel like there may be a problem with your shipment or just want to be safe and ask. PLEASE DO ! It's no bother at all and I'de rather have a satisfied customer than worry about a silly question.
